The document filed in Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia on Friday, March 29, is Zolciak’s response to Biermann’s motion to compel discovery. This is a legal action that asks the court to enforce a request for information related to the case.

In this case, Biermann is asking the court to order Zolciak to produce some documentation or information related to their divorce — something she has refused to do until the privacy of the separation proceedings is guaranteed.

The former Bravolebrity pointed out that the couple’s divorce has received “intense attention from the media” and claimed that their personal information has been shared on several social media accounts as well as various media outlets.

Given the lack of privacy, Zolciak stated that she entered the consent order in good faith, which would provide protection to anyone involved in the divorce case. He filed for an Expedited Order of Protection on February 5, 2024, but he is still awaiting the court’s decision.

In his response to Biermann’s motion to compel discovery, the 45-year-old insisted that he is able and willing to provide the necessary information once the court ensures that he, his children, and those related to the divorce case have their privacy.

Last month, Zolciak voiced her concerns about media access to the divorce proceedings in court documents. He said the press had covered every juncture in the ongoing case, having access to information that would normally be restricted.

These sensitive details included embarrassing information about her and Biermann, which she never wanted fans to read but still leaked. According to Zolciak, her estranged husband was the mastermind behind the leak.

He claims he tried to get her consent to stop press attention; however, Biermann rejected his proposal to obtain the confidentiality order, making him suspect that he was the one who leaked the information to the media.

Before slamming her estranged husband as the source of the information leak, Zolciak made serious allegations against Biermann. She accused him of stealing her personal belongings worth “hundreds of thousands of dollars” in the midst of their divorce.

Earlier in January, she visited the police with an unidentified female friend to formally report the alleged theft of her expensive jewelry and purse by the ex-footballer. A few weeks later, insiders claimed the items were still unaccounted for.

Zolciak’s belongings went missing in May 2023, and body camera footage captured him telling police about his dilemma. In the video, he says, “I’ve asked for them back, and he won’t give them back.”

The 45-year-old claimed Biermann kept the expensive items in a safe in their master bedroom; however, he didn’t have access to it for a while. So he called the authorities to their residence, hoping to recover his property.

Zolciak later claimed that her expensive items, including diamond jewelry, wallets, and watches, were no longer in the safe where she thought they were kept. He found them missing after breaking into a locked vault.

She accused Biermann of selling her items, claiming she received a message from a jeweler about her bracelet. He claims that his estranged lover made $25,000 from putting his property on the market.

Earlier this month, Zolciak and Biermann’s financial woes escalated when a court ordered them to pay for a parental fitness evaluator. The parenting skills of both are called into question when the authorities repeatedly resolve a heated agreement between them.

They raised additional alarm bells when an incident caused one of their children to call the police. Based on their differences, Zolciak and Biermann were ordered to disburse $2,500 each, making the total $5,000 for the parental fitness evaluator.
