“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak has filed for annulment of her divorce from her husband, Kroy Biermann, claiming the two stars are still having a heart-to-heart.
Biermann, a former NFL star, has filed for divorce twice, most recently on Aug. 24, claiming Zoliack’s gambling problem had led them to financial ruin, but Zolciak said the divorce did not happen.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, contrary to the claims made in the Petition for Divorce, “the parties have engaged in marital sexual relations several times since the filing of the Petition for Divorce and the latest on or about September 7, 2023.”
“The allegation of irretrievable marriage is false if the parties have resumed living together or have reconciled for any period,” the document states. “The fact of cohabitation or reconciliation shows that there is still a possibility that the marriage is viable…the parties are required to confirm once again that the marriage cannot be restored by bringing a new complaint.”
The fact that “the marital relationship between the parties existed until and then continued after the filing of the Petition, and after the Respondent was personally served with the Petition, shows that the marriage was, or was at some point viable after the filing of the Petition. proves that the alleged marriage cannot be restored is false,” the document continued.
The legal documents also state that “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star wants the divorce petition dismissed “based on the parties’ lack of bona fide separation at the time of filing and after the filing of the Petition.”
