King Charles Might Pull Prince Andrew’s Security Amid Epstein ‘List’ Backlash

Reports have swirled that King Charles III is set to cut off Prince Andrew’s access to royal funding for his security payments at his residence at Windsor Castle.

It comes after the disgraced prince gained negative traction for being named on Jeffrey Epstein’s list. However, the royal family is still expected to “stand by him” during this challenging period.

According to reports, Prince Andrew may soon find himself having access to royal funding to pay for his security at his Windsor Castle residence.

The Queen Mother previously occupied the Royal Lodge mansion until her death in 2002. Andrew moved into the 31-room house in 2002 with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.

But with Andrew named in Epstein’s documents, sources close to the royal Firm claim that King Charles could cut funding for the disgraced prince’s security. If this happens, it means Andrew has no choice but to pay the expenses out of his pocket or leave the residence.

Sources also claim that the release of the documents will keep Andrew from taking a public role again, as his “association” with Epstein “will never go away.”

“When it comes to a public role for his brother, there’s no going back,” the insider said New York Post.

“There has always been an agreement that Andrew will be allowed to attend private and family events, as is his right, but not public or official events. That hasn’t changed,” the source added.

Schofield added, “It wasn’t a great performance, and I think you’re only as strong as your weakest team member, and unfortunately, he was their weakest team member. But they will stand by him.”

The royal commentator also hinted at the strategy the monarchy would employ, saying they would most likely “never complain” and “never explain.”

Prince Andrew’s Relationship With Jeffrey Epstein

Prince Andrew’s relationship with Jeffery Epstein hit the headlines in August 2021 when Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s victims, accused him of “sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.” At the time, photos of a 17-year-old Giuffre and a younger Andrew were also revealed, seemingly lending credence to his claims.

Then, in the recent Epstein revelations, Prince Andrew was linked to another victim, Johanna Sjoberg.

Sjoberg claims that at one point in Epstein’s New York Mansion, Andrew groped her when she was instructed to take a photo with him, Maxwell, Guiffre, and a strange puppet that shared Duke’s likeness.

“They decided to take a picture together [the puppet]where Virginia and Andrew were sitting on the couch,” Sjoberg recalled.

She added, “They put the doll on Virginia’s lap, and I sat on Andrew’s lap, and they put the doll’s hand on Virginia’s breast, and Andrew put his hand on my breast, and they took a picture.”

Prince Andrew ‘Tortured Together’ Ahead of List Release

Prince Andrew has already faced some consequences for his association with Epstein.

Following his suit with Guiffre, his KDYMM (“Her Majesty”) title was revoked, along with the removal of several patronages by the late Queen Elizabeth in 2022. He was also forced to pay a reported $14 million to settle the suit out of court.

Still, the Duke of York remained deeply troubled ahead of the release of Epstein’s list, perhaps fearing that more revealing details about his relationship with the late sex offender would come to light.

Sources close to her revealed that she was “absolutely tormented,” which raised concerns about her well-being among close friends and family members.

“He is uncomfortable with this latest development, and everyone close to him is concerned for his mental well-being,” a source said at the time, according to New York Post.

“He’s facing his second Christmas without his mother, and now the New Year will begin with his name being dragged through the mud once again,” the insider added.
