Kiran Dembla is an Indian female fitness trainer, classical singer, mountaineer, DJ and photographer. He was a classical singer in his youth. She joined the gym after she was diagnosed with a health condition due to her pregnancy and later became a celebrity fitness trainer in her mid-30s. He represented India in a bodybuilding tournament abroad.

Kiran Dembla was born on Sunday, 10 November 1974 (age 48 years; in 2022) in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. His zodiac sign is Scorpio. He was interested in music from an early age and gave his first stage performance at the age of four. He completed his intermediate studies in 1992 at Antara Shri Ratan Muni Jain College, Loha Mandi, Agra. He gave various stage shows when he was in college and achieved his master’s degree in Bharatiya Shastriya Gayan. He moved to Hyderabad from Agra after his marriage; however, she gained significant weight after giving birth to her children and weighed 75 kg. In late 2003, he suddenly lost his speech and the ability to move his head, which doctors diagnosed as a result of a blood clot in his brain. He was given medicine, which made him lethargic, and he bought a Harmonium and a desk to give music classes in his home; however, he stopped teaching music after 2 years. In 2007, she joined a yoga class near her home to lose weight; however, it closed after a few months, and he joined a swimming academy in his neighborhood. He went there for one year, and then he decided to join the gym.

She was shy when she started going to the gym, and sometimes, she would go in a salwar kameez and try to work out alone. He made friends at the gym and lost 24 kg in the first 7 months of going to the gym. He found an online course offered by the American Muscle and Fitness Personal Trainer Institute and did the course to become a fitness trainer. She told her husband that she wanted to open a gym and sell her jewelry and take a loan. He then opened a small gym in a rented flat in his area where he started training people. Indian actor Ram Charan Teja recognized her and was impressed by her transformation. He asked him to train his wife Upasana after which he became popular as a gym trainer. He trained actors Tamannah Bhatia, Rakul Preet Singh, Taapsee Pannu, Deeksha Seth, Prakash Raj, SS Rajamouli, Anushka Shetty and several other popular personalities. At the age of 37, he was inspired to create a six-pack stomach and achieved it after 8 months of rigorous training. Although he never participated in any bodybuilding competition in India, he was invited by the Indian Bodybuilding Federation to participate in the World Bodybuilding Championships in Budapest, Hungary. He won the 6th position and the title for the best figure overall. He later opened Sweatzone Gym in collaboration with Laxman Reddy in Begumpet, Hyderabad.

In 2017, he got interested in Disc Jockeying (DJ) and completed a six-month course in the same field. He has organized various national and international events as a DJ. His DJ name is DJ KD Belle.

Mountain climber
He is an avid mountaineer and has done several treks. He has trekked to Mount Everest base camp three times and has completed the Winter Quarry Pass Trek in Uttarakhand and the Zanskar Gorge trek in Ladakh.

- A photo shoot was done by Sarath Shetty in 2013 showing her six-pack abs and toned physique and the photos were featured in an exhibition called Super Mom at the Muse Art Gallery at the Marriott Hotel, Hyderabad in July 2013. It was inaugurated by an Indian film director . SS Rajamouli and actress Anushka Shetty.
- His father-in-law died 15 days before the World Bodybuilding Championships in Budapest, Hungary because he couldn’t follow his diet plan; however, he ate the food he found and continued to participate in the tournament.
