Kiran Mane was born on 5 April 1970 in Baramati, a municipality in Pune district in the state of Maharashtra. He completed his early schooling from Bharat Mata Vidya Mandir and went to Satara Polytechnic College for further education. Kiran has three siblings, an older brother, Amrut Mane and two younger sisters, Kavita and Kirti Mane.

Career
Kiran Mane started her acting journey with the 2005 Hindi film Apaharan starring Ajay Devgan, Bipasha Basu and Nana Patekar in lead roles. After this short but notable appearance, Kiran got an opportunity to work in another successful film Swarajya in 2011.
Kiran made headlines for her role as Vilas Patil in the Marathi television drama serial Mulgi Zali Ho which aired on Star Pravah. Mulgi Zali Ho tells the story of a rejected Sajiri’s daughter. Her father Vilas gave some poison to her mother Uma during her pregnancy because he felt she could not afford another daughter. Kiran has also worked in Majhya Mitrachi’s rom-com web series Girlfriend as Shardul’s father.
Recently, Kiran gained attention for her appearance in the Marathi reality-drama show Bigg Boss season 4 hosted by Mahesh Manjrekar.
