The 44-year-old reality star has been making headlines in 2023 and 2024 for welcoming and starting to raise son Rocky, and this post includes the child she shares with husband Travis Barker. A fan account on Instagram decided to break down the gallery’s photos into individual sections, and a snap of the Hulu star with her breast pump seems to have caused a storm.

Also getting likes was a user who exclaimed: “Why? why can’t they wear clothes? They just want to be naked all the time for some reason or another..” Kourtney wouldn’t be the first celeb to be mom-shamed for showing a breastfeeding moment. Unfortunately, for the mother of four, the comments kept coming.

Rocking Mother’s New Face
Kourtney shared the photo above to her Instagram last month in a long-sleeved dress while posing with her son in a stroller. “The mess,” she wrote as the gallery unveiled a photo of her husband joining Travis on his Australian tour. Last September, and while pregnant, Kourtney underwent surgery for her unborn child, stating that afterward, she had a “new understanding and respect for mothers who have to fight for their babies during pregnancy.” He added: “All praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy safe and sound was the truest blessing.”

This snap made fans melt as Kourtney was pictured holding her newborn son. The star shared her first three children with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. Here too, he faced criticism. “Why not show the baby’s face makes you feel like something is wrong. I’m proud to show off my baby,” replied one fan.
