As noted, the Bravo star recently filed to protect her family’s privacy following allegations that Biermann leaked their divorce proceedings to the media. He cited this appeal in his response to his motion to compel discovery.

Zolciak stated that her estranged husband was behind the leak, claiming he rejected her proposal for a confidentiality order. She believes that if he is innocent, she will want to keep their divorce proceedings secret.
