Kroy Biermann wants a piece of Kim Zolciak designer sale booty!
The pair’s contentious dispute continues to play out in the open, with recent legal documents obtained by The Blast highlighting Biermann’s concerns about how Zolciak is using profits from their designer sales.

According to documents filed on Monday, Biermann claims that his estranged wife has sold off much of their designer collection.

Unfortunately, she is unsure of the destination of the profits and has questions about whether the items being sold are marital property or her separate property. One thing he is sure of, however, is that none of the funds from the sale have gone towards supporting the estate, which he insists is “burdened with enormous debt.”
“The respondent has and is in the process of selling some personal property. It is not known what the Respondent has done with the funds received from the sale of the goods. However, what is known is that none of the funds have been used to support marital property,” the document said.
Additionally, the former upholsterer estimates the value of Zolciak’s designer collection at hundreds of thousands of dollars, believing that she acquired most of it during their 11-year marriage.
Describing their financial situation, which includes a $1.1 million debt to the IRS and multiple lawsuits from banks, as “dire,” she “seeks an equitable division of marital assets including the home and personal property acquired during the marriage but currently in sole possession.” Zolciak.

Since Bierman has incurred attorney fees and other litigation costs in the process of filing the current motion, she wants the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum to reimburse her for these “fees and expenses.”
In November, Zolciak sold some of her designer items on her Instagram Stories. She put a gray Louis Vuitton purse up for sale for $4,500 and a Chanel Shearling bag for $5,900.
The reality star also put a price tag on other items during the flash sale, including Gucci mink heels for $1,250 and Balmain plastic heels available for $600. The previous month, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star put down some of Biermann’s valuables.
The items include a pair of luxury Dior X Hajime Sorayama B23 sneakers designed with cherry blossoms and a robotic Tyrannosaurus. “These are Kroy’s Dior shoes. This is so cute; they are worn once. Excellent condition, perfect condition, I must say. Very cute,” he explained.

Other items she put a price tag on during the impromptu sale included Gucci mink heels for $1,250 and Balmain plastic heels available for $600. Gucci heels from his collection feature gold and black detailing, a platform heel and a mink pom pom cap at the lace tip.
Zolciak-Biermann Kids Spend Christmas Without Their Mother
Biermann’s filing of the branded items being sold comes after the Zolciaks spent the festive season splurging on their children instead of dedicating quality time to them. Biermann’s attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, addressed Zolciak’s choice of separate holiday celebrations.
“Kim offers the children material goods. Kroy chose to create Christmas memories,” Bergstrom stated, before adding, “The kids and Kroy spent the whole day together; they go to church, and then Kroy prepares a wonderful Christmas dinner that they all share as a family.”
The presenter also expressed her bewilderment at the reality star prioritizing gifts over creating unforgettable moments with her beloved family. “All but Kim, who, after the kids opened their presents, spent the rest of the day in her living room in the basement of the couple’s home.”
It’s possible that Biermann’s lawyer’s problems with Zolciak over gifts may be linked to the ex-lover’s ongoing financial challenges. As multiple sources claim, the two are allegedly selling more of their stuff to buy gifts for their children — Kroy Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane.

In addition to the estranged couple’s four children, Zolciak has two daughters, Brielle and Ariana, from previous relationships. Christmas 2023 marks the first festive season for the “Don’t Be Tardy” star since Biermann re-filed for divorce.
In case you missed it, the retired Atlanta Falcons player began divorce proceedings from Zolciak in May 2023, setting the date of their separation as April 30. However, the couple withdrew their divorce filing in July 2023, but in August 2023 Biermann re-filed for divorce from Zolciak.
