According to documents obtained by ExplosionKroy Biermann has filed for divorce from his wife, Kim Zolciak, after their brief reunion, stating that the marriage is “irretrievable”.
Biermann also wants sole legal and physical custody of their children and is asking for child support and “exclusive, temporary and permanent” use of their marital home.
The two previously filed for divorce but eventually called it off in an effort to patch things up and make their marriage work.

It looks like Zolciak and Biermann are really over this time around, as their marriage is headed for divorce once again after trying to patch things up following their previous attempts to legally separate.
According to court documents, Biermann, who filed a legal petition, is seeking full custody of their four children, Kaia Rose, Kane Ren, Kash Kade, and Kroy Jagger, because their marriage is “irretrievable.”
Biermann also wants “exclusive” child support and “permanent” use of their marital home.

Biermann is seeking to be awarded child support in his divorce from Zolciak. A statement from the legal document reads, “Petitioner [Biermann] indicates that child support should be provided on a temporary and permanent basis for minor child support in accordance with the child support guidelines…”
The document further stated that the Biermanns wanted to obtain “exclusive” use of their marital home. It reads, “Petitioner [Biermann] if he should be awarded the exclusive, temporary and permanent use of the matrimonial home…”
It continued, “Petitioner [Biermann] indicating that the Respondent [Zolciak] shall be prevented and ordered from coming to the residence after he has vacated.”
The legal filing also states that the former NFL player is “entitled to an award of reasonable and necessary attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses.”

Biermann and Zolciak appear to be on the road to reconciliation after previously calling off their first divorce filing.
The family reunited on July 2 after they were seen going to church together on Sunday, leading to speculation that the feuding couple were trying to patch things up.
As reported by ExplosionZolciak eventually filed papers asking for it to be dismissed “without prejudice,” with Biermann following suit, as she also had divorce papers of her own.
Biermann and Zolciak’s divorce drama lasted nearly two months and saw several public fights between the couple, one of which was when Biermann accused his estranged wife of kidnapping.

The couple’s children appear to be caught in the middle of their rocky relationship as Zolciak previously filed a request for Biermann to undergo drug testing for allegedly smoking around their children.
Not backing down, Biermann countered Zolciak’s attack with his own allegations, claiming, per US Weekly, that the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star had an extreme gambling problem that left her “unable to take care of the kids properly.” He then asked Zolciak to undergo a psychological evaluation.
Responding to Biermann’s allegations, the reality TV star’s attorney said in a statement to US Weekly“It’s sad how Kroy has let our divorce play out in the media like this because it could have a profound effect on our children in the long run.”

It continued, “To continue to spread lies in an attempt to paint Kim as an unfit mother for her own gain is dangerous and deeply misleading regarding Kim’s efforts to raise her children.”
Zolciak’s attorney also noted that she “has always been a very devoted mother” and that her children are “the whole world.”
“He refused to allow Kroy to paint him as something he was not for his own gain. Kim looks forward to the day we can appear in court and settle these issues once and for all,” the statement said.
