Film Writing
Kshitij Patwardhan has worked in eleven Marathi films and earned credits for story, screenplay and dialogue writing. He wrote his first film ‘Aaghat'(2010) in Marathi with Sameer Vidwans. He has also written romantic comedies like ‘Time Please,'(2013) ‘Lagna Pahave Karun,'(2013), and ‘Timepass 2′(2015). Kshitij wrote the first Marathi teen detective film called ‘Faster Fene’ in 2017.
The film ‘YZ’ (2015) was critically acclaimed. . In 2020, Kshitij announced his work in ‘Dhurala’ which revolves around the story of gram panchayat elections in a small village in Maharashtra.

Kshitij has worked in about 30 Marathi films as a lyricist. Among his most popular songs are ‘Rubab Pahije’ from ‘Half Ticket,’ Man Shevantiche Phool’ from ‘Baapjanma,’ ‘Mohini’ from ‘Double Seat,’ ‘Awaz Vadhav DJ’ from ‘Poshter Girl,’ and ‘Dhaga Dhaga ‘ from ‘Daagdi.’ He wrote the song ‘Phisal Jaa Tu’ for the Bollywood movie ‘Haseen Dillruba’ in 2021.
