Kubbra Sait is a 39-year-old girl (born on 27 July 1983) from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. He had a difficult childhood because he was raised by a single parent, his mother, and he used to be in such low confidence that he could not talk to anyone.
As expected, his mother came to his rescue at that troubling time and played a vital role in filling his life with confidence by conducting his treatment at Buoyancee Learning Centre, Bengaluru. Within a few months, he got the right confidence that completely transformed him from an introvert to an extrovert. When he was in 7th grade, he gave his first speech in his school assembly about earthquakes. He was always interested in the world of entertainment and hosted his first show at the Padmashri Institute of Physiotherapy when he was just 12 years old. She landed a good job at Microsoft, but she was bitten by the modeling bug when she was crowned Miss Personality as part of the Miss India Worldwide beauty pageant in 2009. After that, she left her secure job without a second thought. and returned to India to pursue his passion to become an entertainer. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from Jyoti Nivas College, Bengaluru. Having always been an extrovert and a good communicator, he chose to become a marketing professional and pursued a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) in Finance/Marketing from the National Institute of Management & Information Sciences, Bengaluru. After completing his studies, he started working as a Marketing Program Specialist at Microsoft in Dubai and got a healthy package. Despite earning well there, she always had an interest in becoming a celebrity and her desire to do so brought her back to India, where she began the second phase of her career as a model.
Sexual Abuse in Adolescents
In June 2022, he released his memoir titled Open Book: Not quite a Memoir. In this memoir, the actress talks in detail about being sexually abused by her uncle when she was a teenager. According to the actress, the uncle owned a restaurant in Bengaluru, where Kubbra and his family used to visit. Soon, the uncle became very close to his family, and he began visiting them at their home frequently. He also helps his mother with her ‘financial problems’. Kubbra wrote in his memoirs,
When Mumma complains about the cash given, I complain too. Just then, a hand slid into the back seat of the car where I was sitting and slid up my dress. X who is no longer my uncle smiled as he stroked my thigh. I was numb at that time… He started coming to our house often, and Mumma would laugh along and cook for him. In his presence, he would kiss my cheek and say, ‘Oh my Kubrati, you are my beloved child’. Even though it was uncomfortable, I kept quiet.”
While giving more details about her first sexual assault, the actress wrote in her memoir that her uncle once took her to a hotel, where he sexually assaulted her, She wrote,
This shouldn’t happen, but it does. I should have screamed, but I couldn’t. I should have run for help, but I was shocked. The kiss increased. He assured me that it was what I wanted, that it would make me feel better. He kept repeating it until I felt deaf, and then he took off his pants. I’m not sure what exactly happened, but I remember thinking, I lost my virginity. It’s a big deal, but it’s also my shameful secret.”
Abortion after a one night stand
In her memoir titled Open Book: Not quite a Memoir, Kubbra Sait talks about a one-night stand after which she had to terminate the pregnancy because she did not want to be a mother at that time. While describing the incident in his memoir, the actor wrote that he had a one-night stand with a friend during a visit to the Andamans.
