According to Daily Mail, Richards, 54, slammed fake weight loss ads that use her image to promote their brand. The ad, which appeared on social media platforms, claimed that he had lost significant weight using their product.

In response, the “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” star took to social media to set the record straight by distancing herself from the product. She posted a screenshot of the ad and told her followers, “Don’t buy this!”

“This website is a scam and using my image,” he added, posting a picture of BioScience’s Keto-ACV gum. “This is a false advertisement. I do not endorse this product or have ever taken anything like this… These are not my words in this ad.”

The controversy began in January when “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Melissa Gorga accused Richards of using Ozempic to lose weight but later apologized after Richards disputed the rumors.

The “I Want To Be a Hilton” alum claims that she didn’t know what Ozempic was before the uproar over her physique and only started losing weight after she gave up alcohol, bread, pasta and sugar.

“I eat protein, fruits and vegetables,” he said. “Now I’m the weight I want to be, I’ll have some pasta, etc. once in a while. But no alcohol since July 15.”

She says, “When people blame my appearance on surgery or Ozempic, which would be completely irresponsible to use when a diabetic can’t do it, it’s frustrating.”

“It bothers me. I’d rather inspire people with what I do so they can try the same thing I do and see what happens to them,” he added.
