All is looking good in Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s world again following a new family photo to celebrate the festive season, or maybe it’s just starting to look a lot like Christmas!
The couple who announced their separation this year have been accused of chasing influence with their situation as they have both stated that divorce is not an option and reconciliation is out of the question!

Richards and Umansky are seen next to each other in an adorable family photo shared by their daughter, Alexia, on Instagram. The family of five went holiday shopping and looked more than comfortable in their outfits as they gathered for a quick one by the giant Christmas tree, wearing their brightest smiles.
Richards looked stylish in a jeans and brown jacket combo paired with boots and a black handbag, posing alongside Umansky, who kept it in daddy mode with an all-black ensemble and white sneakers.
The current status of Richards and Umansky’s relationship is still unknown as the couple previously confirmed their intention to remain separated and were even seen attending separate therapy sessions.
A source close to the couple confirmed that the reality stars have not resolved the issues that led to their split, adding that they want space to explore things with others.

“Look, they might get back together, but they might not. They just don’t know right now. They’ll decide at some point whether they stay married, but not right now,” the insider said. Rumors of speculation don’t come unprovoked; actually , Mauricio himself may have suggested it when he said:
“You will see our relationship lead to the difficult part of the relationship; no question about it all. But it’s going to be a really fun and entertaining season for those who like watching drama — there’s going to be a lot of drama, that’s for sure.”
He quickly added that even though they are officially separated, they haven’t given up on each other. In his words:
“We have been married for 27 years, 26 amazing years. Kyle is my best friend; he is an amazing human being. I love him… And marriages go through hard times, sometimes, and that’s what we’re dealing with right now.”
While the ambiguous status of their relationship remains, the real battle will take place in court as millions of dollars are at stake should they decide to divorce.
The Blast also shared that the estranged couple did not have a prenuptial agreement, which means they will have to split their estimated assets of around $200M in cash and lots of property.

Despite announcing their split in July and Umansky’s alleged escalating relationship with his dance partner, rumors swirled that it was all a lie to boost his ratings and remain a topic. However, the 53-year-old set the record straight in a meeting with Alex Baskin, as shared by The Blast last month, and stated that the speculation was unacceptable.
“Why do people create stories like this? No mistake, Alex. I love you and everyone with the show. But who would do that for a rating? Put their families through this,” the reality star said. Richards added, he would never pretend to separate and torture his children just to entertain people watching his show.
She continued that the allegations were upsetting and frustrating, and that while she was committed to staying relevant in her career and to her friends and family, she wasn’t going to play around with a divorce. The TV legend also addressed reports that she married Umansky for his money and said:
“I also hear a lot of things online that, you know, ‘Oh, well, Kyle and Mauricio, they have an open marriage. The thing they say, that Kyle is only with her for the money. He had no money when I married him, you id—ts.”
Richards admitted to calling off their 27-year union and went on to say that she and the real estate mogul both own their fortunes because he wasn’t rich before they became a couple.
