As we all know, the rapper is accused of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the leg after a night of partying. The trial is scheduled to begin on December 12. It is now being reported that a jury has been selected and a possible witness list has been entered.
There are two unexpected and surprising names on the list; Kylie Jenner and Corey Gamble. Lanez named the two for the simple reason that he, Megan, and Megan’s friend were at a pool party held at Jenner’s place before leaving and the shooting happened seconds later in Tory’s car.

Nancy Dillon, a reporter for Rolling stones tweeted some facts about the trial and a statement from Lanez’s attorney.
“Tory’s lawyer told the judge that Kylie Jenner and Corey Gamble were on the defense witness list because they were at Kylie’s pool party before the July 2020 shooting

Dillon followed up with several other factual tweets involving Lanez’s attorney. “To clarify: Tory’s lawyer admitted in court he has no witness statements from Kylie Jenner or Corey Gamble yet (prosecutors asked). So it’s not clear what they might say if it would be relevant.”

Jenner also went ahead and followed up with Tory and Megan in the following days. Another witness who is likely to be called is Kelsey Harris, Megan’s former best friend who was in the car that night and thinks that Megan’s version is a little out of place.
The prosecution also believed they had enough to convict Tory of carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle alone. But, for fun, they can use firearms personally, and attack with semi-automatic firearms.
