Kylie Jenner has opened up about what she believes is the biggest misconception about herself and slammed fake surgery claims.

During a glam session with sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian on Thursday’s episode of “The Kardashians,” the beauty mogul opened up about childhood insecurities and the constant speculation surrounding her appearance.
The mother of two explained that while “it’s normal to be insecure sometimes”, many people make false assumptions about her confidence. “I always remember being the most confident kid in the room,” Jenner said, adding:
“I’ve always loved myself — I still love myself — and one of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure kid and had so many surgeries to change my whole face, that’s false; I just got filler. I don’t think I want that to be part of my story.”

During the conversation, the trio also talked about the pressure society puts on them to be perfect. The founder of “Kylie Cosmetics” indicated that she was once a victim of editing her photos.
“I went through that stage too, and I think I’m in a better place,” she admits before saying, “but other people can still instill insecurities in you.” He then emphasized that his family should use their influence to inspire others to love themselves more.
Afterward, Kourtney mentioned that everyone should be confident “even in your imperfections” and shared her observations about the world’s high “standards of beauty.” Khloe agrees, saying:
“I have the most confidence; I’m fat and wear skintight clothes — you can’t tell me otherwise. Society gives me insecurity.”
The 25-year-old media personality further mentioned the insecurities her older sister brought out in her. As Jenner says, he never had his ears pressed until his family started calling him “Dopey” from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
When she mentioned this, the “Good American” founder explained that the family did it because they always thought she had cute ears, but Jenner said she “didn’t accept it that way.”
Misconceptions aside, the makeup mogul doesn’t like the way age might look on her. About a week ago, The Blast noted that Jenner used an old face filter that went viral to transform into an older version of herself and shared her disgruntled reaction.
