In 2000, he began his career with percussionist James Culpepper. They have previously collaborated with guitarists Sameer Bhattacharya and Jared Hartmann. He sang background vocals on “Run to You” and “Born Again” in 2008. He has also collaborated with Apocalyptica on “Broken Pieces” and Orianthi on “Courage.” Later he revealed that he had left Flyleaf for good before the release of New Horizons in 2012.
