Lala Kent is excited to welcome her second child even though her hands are full with her sassy daughter, Ocean.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star recently opened up about her plans to have another baby three years after splitting from ex-fiancé Randall Emmett. Although there is no new man in her life, Kent is happy to continue life as a single mother and hopefully pass on her sister’s experience to her daughter.

The reality TV star discussed her fertility plans at the “Vanderpump Rules” season 11 premiere in Los Angeles. She explained that her desire to become a mother doubled because of her daughter’s love for babies.
“I think Ocean is going to be nervous when another baby comes into the mix because he’s obsessed with babies, and I think he’s going to be very active,” Kent said of her goal to give him two-and-a-half-year-old siblings.
Accordingly, the blonde beauty revealed that her plans to give birth to her second baby are going well, saying, “We’re about to start the journey! We are actually going full steam ahead.” Although he is thrilled to bring a new life into the world, the 33-year-old admits to being overwhelmed by Ocean’s unique nature.
“He was very independent, gave me a run for my money. I never met anyone I could get along with until I met my daughter,” Kent told PEOPLE. “He doesn’t care. I’ll be firm with him … like, ‘You better get in line,’ and he’ll say, ‘No, you better get in line!’”
Despite having her hands full raising Ocean, the TV personality began planning to welcome her second child in 2023. She announced her goal in a December episode of her “Give Them Lala” podcast, explaining the process that involves a sperm donor.
“I didn’t expect my life to be like this. But I’m definitely excited because we were given the choice to bring children into the world,” Kent admitted before talking about his desire to have a second child. In his words:
“I knew I wanted another baby. So whatever I have to do to make it happen… IVF, sperm donor, IUI [intrauterine insemination] … any of them. I just want Ocean to have siblings.”

Last March, Kent celebrated his daughter’s second birthday with a lavish birthday party. The doting mom tagged the occasion with “Monsters Inc.” themed party, complete with famous characters and decorations from the 2001 children’s animation.
She shared photos from the big day on Instagram, snapping past and present co-stars from her Bravo reality TV show. The highlight of the day was Ocean, dressed as one of the main animated characters Mary Gibbs, better known as Boo.
She donned Boo’s favorite monster costume featuring a purple onesie, tights and matching hat with monster eyes. The little girl poses next to a cardboard cutout of “Monsters, Inc.” character James P. “Sulley” Sullivan and various colorful balloons.

Months before announcing her plans to have her second child, Kent had fans talking about the possibility of her having another baby with her ex-fiancé’s nemesis, 50 Cent. He trolled his ex in a hilarious Instagram post, sharing a photoshopped picture.
The image captures the “Kill Hard” actor in all his glory, posing in a stunning green jacket and black pants while holding baby Ocean in one hand. Her free fingers gripped Emmett’s hand; however, his head was replaced by a younger 50 Cent.
“Aw,” Kent captioned his not-so-subtle diss to his ex-fiancé before sharing why he edited it out of the snap in the comments section. When a fan asked: “Hahahahaha Lala, what is this?” the 33-year-old replied: “A picture I like & it pops into my mind. Probably unpostable forever if I don’t fix it.”
More fans supported his actions, stating that it would be the best payback for his ex. “This is going to be the best revenge love story of all time,” one declared, while another explained the joke, writing:
