Stating that she cooks “every day” and prepares from fresh as she prepares meals for the four children she shares with former NBA player Scottie Pippen, Larsa breaks down what she’s eaten that day so far.

“For example, today, I made oatmeal with some brown sugar, raisins, and walnuts for breakfast. I have salmon, broccoli, and brown rice that I’ll make for lunch. And then for dinner I’ll have a salad with chicken breast. I love to eat,” shared the former best friend to Kim Kardashian.

Saying Low Carb Doesn’t Work

While the A-Lister star swears by a low-carb diet, Larsa isn’t a fan. “I don’t think you can sustain that keto diet or the Atkins Diet,” he continued. “Personally, I don’t feel the work. For me it’s more about healthy eating and portion control. That is the only thing that lasts forever.”

Larsa also revealed a love for baking at home, although she would counter the extra calories by doing less exercise. “I love desserts and I’m famous for making pies. My kids and I make pies like twice a week – apple pie, pumpkin pie. I did cheat, but that’s normal. I will only do 10 extra squats that day. I will do 20 extra jumping jacks,” he said.

Larsa may be turning 50, but she has fans thinking she doesn’t look more than 40 days old.
