Former Colleague Accuses Lea Michele of Misbehaving On ‘The Mayor’ Set

Two months ago, in February, The Blast reported on how Laura Eletel made a video claiming the star was rude and difficult to work with on the set of “The Mayor.” The woman claimed that the actress’ behavior was not limited to her but extended to the rest of the cast and crew.

In the now-deleted clip, Eltel discusses her experience working as a background regular on the show and participating as a stand-in during the filming of episode 7 out of 12. She claims that Michele displayed a cold and distant attitude while reading the script and reviewing the director’s notes. Only for the “Ragtime” star to call him out when he decided to admit it.

Another example of inappropriate behavior is throwing a fit and failing to show up promptly on set. Eltel claimed that the actress was motivated to keep the job, as she faced backlash against accusations of “racism, meanness and aggression” on the set of “Glee.”

The last example given was when Michele was almost cursed by one of her co-workers, Yvette Nicole Brown, on the last day of filming.
