“There’s a fire that I’ve had in me since I was young, and it’s really important for me to show my younger self,” he said. “Because when I was put in the group, it was like, ‘Oh, is this it? Is this feeling supposed to come with it – not really feeling appreciated?’”

“Even though I had the best time of my life, the pain was so palpable. I owe it to my younger self to step out and do this myself,” added the singer.

When asked why Little Mix disbanded, Pinnock stated that the group felt the end of their time together had come, and it was time to “spread our wings.”
