Finally, in Wright’s case, author Feinberg writes, “he [Wright] did bear the brunt of the bad publicity when she retweeted an anti-vax conspiracy video in December 2020 and later reportedly promoted anti-vax viewing on the film’s set. (He denied the latter.) The backlash was so strong that some fans on social media called for a reprise of the role.”
The “Black Mirror” actress was not happy with the description at all and took to her Instagram Story to call out Feinberg and THR for painting her in a vile way and lumping her in with men who have been accused of physical and sexual abuse.
“I had to unblock @ TheHollywoodReporter just to post this,” Wright began. “Scott Feinberg and all at this publication. You are very disrespectful. How dare you. You mentioned my name with men who have been accused of sexual abuse and & misconduct.”

He continued, “This is despicable behavior. At this point, a personal vendetta against me. I have done nothing wrong but respectfully decline to do an interview with this publication.
Wright Claims He Apologizes For Anti-Vaxx Rhetoric
The 29-year-old insisted in his statement that he apologized for promoting anti-vaxx rhetoric two years ago and “remained silent on the topic,” yet they continue to push false narratives about him, spinning lies.
In his words, “You lied and said I kept talking about it with my cast & crew on my sets. THIS IS NOT TRUE. ASK MY PRODUCER AND DIRECTOR. The film was a success. Your agenda against me is now clearer. I will not remain silent . Stop your disgusting behavior!”
In a follow-up update, Wright in particular came for Feinberg, writing, “This personal agenda with your friends at the @hollywood press is disgusting. I’m silent because the world told me to kill myself two years ago for a video I posted and apologize . I kept my head down and focused on my craft. And now I’m on the other side.”
He slammed the publicity for lacking “substance” and was jealous of the success of “Black Panther.” Wright wrote, “How dare you? Does my show confuse you so much? It’s so good huh?
