Linda Kasabian Passed Away At The Age Of 73

Linda Kasabian, a member of Charles Manson’s Manson Family, died on January 21 at the age of 73. She was admitted to the hospital in Tacoma, Washington, where she had allegedly lived with her daughter since the 1980s.

The character of Linda was played by American actor Maya Hawke in the 2019 comedy-drama film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, which also contained the tale of the Tate-LaBianca killings. Linda’s reason for death was not revealed, but her corpse was allegedly incinerated. According to a funeral document obtained by TMZ, her last name was altered to “Chiochios” to conceal her identity after she left the group. She also appeared with her identity concealed on Larry King Live on CNN in 2009, revealing that she was receiving therapy. She also expressed remorse for everything that occurred during the August 1969 tragedy.

Linda Kasabian testified against the other members of the Manson Family.

Linda Kasabian testified for the state in return for protection during the Manson trial in the 1970s, after which Charles and other Manson Family members were imprisoned. The Tate-LaBiance killings were a two-day assault in 1969 that resulted in the fatalities of seven individuals, including starlet Sharon Tate.

During her evidence, Kasabian stated that Charles Watson, Patricia Krenwinkel, and Susan Atkins broke into Sharon and her husband, film director Roman PolanskiBenedict,’s Canyon home. Tate, who was eight months expectant at the time, died as a result of the event. Tate’s ex-fiancé Jay Sebring, coffee billionaire Abigail Folger, her lover Wojciech Frykowski, and an acquaintance and Sharon’s maid, Steven Parent, were also among the casualties. The gang then assassinated Leno and Rosemary LaBianca the night before. Linda claimed any participation in the slaughter, but she did admit to driving the group in a vehicle during the deaths. Charles Mason, the gang’s boss, died of heart failure in November 2017.
