Wedding bells may be ringing for podcast host Lindsie Chrisley amid her father Todd Chrisley’s incarceration!

After a few months of dating, the couple may have plans to tie the knot. However, the TV host recently talked about the opportunity to walk down the aisle while his father served time in prison.

On a recent episode of “The Southern Tea” Podcast, 33-year-old Chrisley talked about her relationship with boyfriend Trent, sharing that the upcoming marriage could be challenging.

The former reality star explained that her partner “falls more on the traditional side” when it comes to proposals. Therefore, she wanted to ask her father to marry her. However, with his father’s prison assignment, he wasn’t sure if that was possible.
“It was a difficult situation with my parents in jail,” Lindsie shared. “What does that look like? How do you approach it? How many visits are appropriate to do that?”
He continued, “I mean, you don’t just sign up and go on a weekend trip and say, ‘Hey, by the way, nice to meet you. I want to marry your son.’ Like me, that’s not appropriate. So, how are you going to handle that situation? I don’t know.”
A few weeks before this confession, Lindsie took to her official Instagram with her boyfriend, sharing PDA-filled photos from their romantic vacation to Mexico. The ten-slide post kicked off with an alluring look at the “Chrisleys Knows Best” alum in a green bikini, black crochet scarf and white cowboy hat.
However, the highlight of the carousel was a photo featuring the TV star’s mystery man. As the picture webs, Lindsie’s handsome beau, captured with his bare chest, grins next to her as they cuddle on the couch.

In the caption of the post, the mother of one hinted that she is willing to do anything to keep their love alive. She kept gushing about how much her new man loved her. He wrote,
“I have found a man who will carry my bag when it is too heavy. Who is thoughtful and quiet when I want to sleep. Hugs me all night & reminds me that he loves me everyday. Who knew you could be loved this way? Forever grateful. I love you, Trent.”
‘Southern Tea’ Podcast Host Declares Divorce Is Not An Option In Her Next Marriage
With a possible marriage to Trent in sight, Lindsie already knows what she wants in her marriage, and divorce is not on the list. In a previous episode of “The Southern Tea” podcast, eldest daughter Chrisley declared that divorce was not an option in her next marriage.
Lindsie explained her position, saying, “I think we need to dial back that if you put yourself in a position to get married, then you should put yourself in a position to solve all your problems, and get a divorce. not an option.”
She then compared her marriage to her ex-husband, Campbell, and her parents. The media personality said, “I come from a divorcee, and [Will] no. So any problems that his parents ever experienced. They got over it because they are still married today.”

Speaking about reuniting her divorced parents, Lindsie shared, “Is there a problem with my parents? First of all, I don’t remember my parents being together. That’s another story for another day.”
The media personality stated that her parents’ union made her think divorce was normal. That mentality remained even after her famous dad had a “successful marriage” to his current wife, Julie Chrisley.
“I come from two divorcees, so I was like, ‘Well, you know, you just got divorced.’ Like, that’s acceptable. And I think once you allow that to be accepted, that’s a problem for me.”
Lindsie announces her new decision. “I will not marry another with the option of divorce. That might be an option for other people, but it’s not for me.”
