Lisa Marie Presley’s housekeeper and ex-husband made a frantic call to 9-1-1 moments before she suffered a heart attack.
In newly released audio, housekeeper Lisa Marie can be heard talking to a 9-1-1 dispatcher before her death.
The housekeeper seems to have an accent and is increasingly confused by the dispatcher’s questions. This in turn makes the sender struggle to understand it.

“What is your emergency address?” asked the operator.
The housekeeper explained the street Lisa Marie’s house was on, but the dispatcher asked about the nearest corner street.
After a few seconds of back and forth, the dispatcher asked the maid to hand the phone to a man she heard in the background.
The man at Lisa Marie’s house is reportedly her ex-husband, Danny Keough.

As soon as Keough got hold of the phone, he pleaded with the 9-1-1 dispatcher, “How close are they? How far are they?”
Before the audio cuts out, Keough says, “I think they’re here.”
Lisa Marie suffered a heart attack at her home in Calabasas on January 12th. Keough performed CPR on him until paramedics arrived on the scene.

They took over and proceeded to perform CPR and administer epinephrine. They can get a pulse.
He was rushed to West Hills Hospital and Medical Center where he was placed on life support. Unfortunately, medical efforts were not enough to save her and Lisa Marie later died in hospital.

His mother, Priscilla Presley, confirmed LMP’s death in a statement obtained by Associated Press.
“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the sad news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” he said. “She is the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known.”
Lisa Marie’s official cause of death has not been released.
CNN confirmation of his death has been delayed by the LA County Coroner.

“Presley was examined on January 14 and the cause of death was deferred. Deferred means that after an autopsy, the cause of death has not been determined and the medical examiner is requesting more investigation into the death, including additional studies. Once the test/study comes back, the doctor reevaluates the case and makes a cause of death determination,” Sarah Ardalani, spokeswoman for the LA County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Department told the outlet.
His grave is now being prepared at Graceland across from his father’s grave and next to that of his son, Benjamin Keough.
Elvis Presley died in 1977 after suffering a heart attack and his son tragically committed suicide in 2020.
According to reports, his grave site is being excavated and he will be buried this weekend.
Graceland sources told TMZ that preparations are underway at the Memphis compound where Elvis, Priscilla and Lisa Marie once lived.

A celebration of life ceremony is expected on Sunday, January 22.
Work on the memorial site began on Tuesday, January 17 and additional accommodation is being created.
There is reportedly a stage with a backdrop on the front lawn of Graceland.
The celebration of his life will be open to the public.
