Lisa Ray was born ‘Lisa Rani Ray’ on April 4, 1972 (age 47 years; as in 2019) in Toronto, Canada. His zodiac sign is Aries.
He spent part of his time in Kolkata, during his childhood. Career
She started her career as a model in the 1990s. She appeared in advertisements for Bombay Dyeing, one of India’s largest textile manufacturers. He then appeared on the cover of Glad Rags, which caused a sensation. This led to him gaining more such modeling projects.
He hosts the TV Show “Show Biz” on Star Movies with actress/model Kelly Dorji. He later appeared in the music video of Late Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s song “Aafreen Aafreen.”

He made his Bollywood debut as an actor in 2001 with the film “Kasoor.”
He then appeared in the 2002 Indo-Canadian romantic comedy film “Bollywood/Hollywood.” In 2005, he worked in “Water (2005),” which was nominated for an Oscar. The film attracted a lot of controversy regarding its content and could not be filmed in India.

Controversy
- Lisa was once rumored to be in a relationship with Sanjay Dutt. He was so fed up with the rumors that he left India and fled to Canada.
- He was in the spotlight again when the movie “Dus (2005)” came out. There were rumors that she had walked out of the film because her boyfriend had beaten her black and blue. He has not made any comment on the rumours. Years later, he spoke of his experience and said that he was too young and inexperienced then to speak anything for himself. He will never tolerate physical abuse.
