The “Watch Out For The Big Grrrls” singer is being called out in a lawsuit by some of her former dancers for allegedly pressuring them to participate in explicit shows.
The Blast has learned that three of his dancers are taking legal action and have filed a complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that they were treated like trash by the singer and his crew and had to endure bad treatment throughout his time at the top of the charts.
The lawsuit describes behavior that absolutely no one thought Lizzo was, is, and continues to allege. In fact, the lawsuit says this is “against everything Lizzo publicly stands for,” publicly being the key word here folks.

Lizzo’s ex-dancer accused her of taking their weight in a negative light. Lawyer Rom Zambrano who represents the former dancer said:
“Personally, he humiliated his dancers and degraded them in a way that was not only illegal but downright demoralizing.” Some of the plaintiffs called out Lizzo in the documents for the sexually abusive nature of what happened behind the scenes.
Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez allege they were sexually and religiously harassed and mistreated by the singer and members of his close team.
Lizzo is named after his kingdom in the document; Melissa Viviane Jefferson. Captain of his dance team, and his production company Big Grrrl Big Touring, Inc. (BGBT), was also named in the suit.
“Ms. Quigley was not only outspoken about her religious beliefs but took every opportunity to preach to anyone and everyone in her presence regardless of objections,” one complainant alleged.
Virgin Dancer Called

One of the women claimed:
“Ms. Quigley found that [plaintiff] MISS DAVIS is a virgin and MISS DAVIS’s virginity is a very important topic to MISS QUIGLEY. In the following months, MISS QUIGLEY would routinely bring up MISS DAVIS’s virginity in conversation with MISS DAVIS. MISS QUIGLEY also mentioned MISS DAVIS’s virginity in an interview she participated in and later posted to social media, broadcasting deeply personal details about MISS DAVIS to the world.”
Davis also allegedly tricked the dancers into an “uncomfortable” photo shoot in which she and other dancers posed nude. He mentioned it was uncomfortable but that didn’t seem to affect any of the people in charge.
“Ms. Davis sobbed on set as she struggled to choose between a once-in-a-lifetime career opportunity and showing off her body against her will.” And apparently, it gets worse. “This experience foreshadows the sex-filled and uncomfortable environment Lizzo’s employees will have to endure.”
Catching Adult Toys Is One Thing

In another abusive act, Lizzo allegedly invited dance group Big Girl out while on tour in February. They go to the Red Light District in Amsterdam and things get messy…
“While at Bananenbar, the situation got out of control. LIZZO began inviting cast members to take turns touching nude performers, catching dildos launched from performers’ vaginas, and eating bananas protruding from performers’ vaginas. LIZZO then turned his attention to Pn. DAVIS and began to press Ms. DAVIS to touch the breasts of one of the nude women performing at the club. LIZZO began to lead the chant of persuasion to MISS DAVIS. MISS DAVIS said three times, loud enough for everyone to hear, ‘I’m fine,’”
Of course, Lizzo and reps have denied the shocking claims but regardless, it’s not a good look for someone known for being body positive, empowering people and just being super talented overall.
