Lizzo is shaping up to look like Hollywood’s newest bad egg and celebrities are already putting some distance between them and her!
First, Beyonce
MEGA
Lizzo was once an inspiration to Beyonce, enough to be featured in one of the songs on her Renaissance album. The song’s original lyrics were: “Betty Davis / Solange Knowles / Badu / Lizzo / Kelly Rowl’.”
But last night, kicking off the first of the month, Bey performed in Boston, Massachusetts where she changed the lyrics to repeat singer Erykah Badu’s last name four times. So yes, everyone has been cut except for Badu who imbues the soul.
That being said, Beyonce is no fool. He probably didn’t want to draw too much attention to the change but apparently didn’t allow the disgraced singer’s name to remain in his hit song. Could this be a real jab at Lizzo? You decide!
There is a video

Fans are recording the show as it all goes down so you can easily jump on the X, officially known as the bird app and listen to the remixed hits. It doesn’t change the song at all but it is a significant amendment to a hit song.
Some thought it was a tribute to Badu because, during his performance in New York, he wore a chrome hat with a large brim, which is a standard look for Badu. When Badu saw this, she took to social media with pictures of herself and Beyonce wearing similar hats. She wrote, “Hmmm. I guess I’m everyone’s stylist.”
Maybe Beyonce sent some kind of message to Badu after her naughty comments online. Bey loves mixed messages.

In the latest shocking blow to Lizzo, her former creative director Quinn Wilson has come out and former dancer Courtney Hollinquest shared their sentiments on the shocking 44-page lawsuit.
“To clarify, I’m not immune to lawsuits – but this was my experience while I was there. A big shout out to the dancers who had the courage to reveal this.” He continued, “coordinating what @cquestt said I never parted with that world for about three years, for some reason.”
“I really admire the courage of the dancers to reveal this and I am saddened by some of my own experiences. I appreciate the space to understand my feelings.”

Documentary Director Partnership Also

Remember that the Lizzo documentary came out, the first director was a woman named Sophia Nahli Allison who stood up after 2 weeks because Lizzo was so “disrespectful” she was not willing to put up with it even though the production was going on.
He shared his experience on his Instagram Story.
“I usually don’t comment on anything related to pop culture. But, in 2019, I traveled a little with Lizzo to be his documentary director. I left after about 2 weeks. I have been treated so disrespectfully by him.”

He continued, “I witnessed how arrogant, selfish, and unkind he was. I was unprotected and thrown into a bad situation with little support. My gut said to run as fast as you can and I’m so thankful I trusted my gut.”
