‘Love Is Blind’ Star Danielle Ruhl Declares ‘I Will Never Be Perfect’

Ruhl recently started giving her Instagram followers a glimpse into her post-divorce life, sharing another transparent update on her Instagram story.

“It’s funny when people say, ‘How come you’re so happy? Ruhl began in the update, which was posted to his Instagram story, “Would you rather I broadcast my Instagram Live crying for eight hours straight because I can do that if you want [me] to! That is my reality.”

She continued, “If you’d rather I sit here and post a Crying Story, I can easily do that. That’s what I spend my whole day doing. But I cry all the time. I cry easily. I cry when I’m happy, I cry when I’m sad, but who wants to see that?” asked Ruhl.

In addition to originally reporting Ruhl’s update, Us Weekly also shared that Ruhl had also included a candid photo with her update, in which she had cried.

Alongside the photo Ruhl wrote “barely able to look out of my eyes from crying. I’m dealing with this situation like everyone else…”

He also gave insight into his experience attending therapy after “Love Is Blind” completed production.

“I went to a lot of therapy after the show like every day, (and found out I was on the wrong medication that had a bad reaction) and got more used to the camera so [I] feel more comfortable being yourself. Also getting closer to all the actors made me feel more comfortable,” he shared.

Ruhl also later recorded a series of videos where he continued to discuss his mental health.

In the first slide, he said, “I think it’s pretty safe to say that I’ve made and continue to make a lot of mistakes, I’ll never be perfect, and I think that’s pretty clear. I don’t think anyone will be, and I never will be. , and I have agreed to that…”

He continued by saying “What I can do is, every day, focus on understanding my weaknesses, especially in terms of my communication or how I can react to certain things based on past traumatic experiences, anxiety. [and] depression experiences and such, and I swear, I try to learn from my mistakes every day so that I can put my best foot forward in the future…”

Ruhl and Thompson’s divorce announcement came shortly after their co-stars, Iyanna McNeely and Jarrette Jones announced their decision to end their marriage through joint statements on their respective Instagram accounts.
