“Lately, my mind has been eating me alive. Lying in bed thinking maybe the hate will finally go away if I’m dead,” MGK raps while pressing a finger gun to his head in the music video.
She also touched on her recent dramatic body art, rapping, “I had a breakdown and tore all over my body except for one line.”
As stated in the lyrics, Kelly’s latest tattoo features thick black ink that covers most of her upper body and arms except for one line on her front. She revealed the shocking body art on Instagram a few days earlier, saying it was for “spiritual purposes.”
Regarding her fiancé’s miscarriage in 2021, the “Emo Girl” hitmaker was honest about feeling helpless when dealing with the heartbreaking situation. She remembers not touching Fox’s baby bump when they lost their unborn child, lamenting:
“How can I live with the fact that my hand was not on her stomach when we lost the baby? I have no one to turn to because everyone has died in my life trying to resurrect me.”
Kelly shares more about her vulnerability and grief, claiming she “should have died at birth” and has run from a secret she hid as a child. He admits to using music as an emotional outlet but says people don’t realize what he’s writing about.

MGK’s song about Fox’s miscarriage comes months after her fiance previously opened up about the death of their baby in her 2023 book of poetry, “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.” The actor wrote:
