Production Company
He has established many production ventures that have produced many super hit films. When Madhu was ten years old, he set up a music label which was later sold to Supreme Recording Company. He later established Adlabs International Operations with the sponsorship of Manmohan Shetty.

He later became the Head of Saregama Films. He founded Big Bang Media Private Limited in 2007 and became its Chief Creative Officer. He founded Phantom Films in 2011 in collaboration with Anurag Kashyap, Vikas Bahl, and Vikramaditya Motwane. In 2022, after the company was liquidated, he, along with Sheetal Talwar, bought the Phantom brand and named it Phantom Studios.
