A new report has claimed that the Queen of Pop made a few extra millions after she recently sold her luxury home to a cryptocurrency billionaire. The “Like a Virgin” hitmaker first bought the 12,500-square-foot property from chart-topping singer The Weeknd in 2019.

Madonna has raked in nearly $4 million after officially selling the Hidden Hills, California property she bought from The Weeknd. The “Material Girl” singer is selling the mansion for $23 million, which is a profit of about $3.7 million since she bought it from the Canadian hitmaker for $19.3.
The 64-year-old singer initially put the estate on the market for $26 million before dropping the asking price to $23.5 million, TMZ revealed while delivering the news on Monday. He then reduced another $500,000 during negotiations with the eventual buyer — Korean cryptocurrency billionaire Kim Hyoung-nyon, bringing the final sale price to $23 million, a payment both parties were happy with.

The mansion, which Madonna is selling through The Beverly Hills Estates agent Trevor Wright, is well worth the cost because it is located west of the San Fernando Valley and north of Calabasas. Spread over three acres, the estate has nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a host of amenities, including a movie theater, saltwater pool, library, wine cellar, and music lounge.
Before she sold the stunning mansion, the “Back That Up To The Beat” singer put her 1992 hit “Sex” up for auction. According to The Blast, the book was released the day after she released her fifth album, “Erotica,” in October 1992.
