The doting father-of-two is back again with some sweet uploads to his timeline as he shows off what he and his adorable firstborn have been up to on their recent trip to Napa and New York. Both father and son go through this bonding journey ahead of the six-year-old starting first grade.

The “Dancing With the Stars” pro took to Instagram to share an update of himself and Shai having an interesting time at their entrance recently. The video begins with the couple approaching a private plane with their luggage.
The first-grader, wearing a gray shirt, black shorts and a red hat, looked awestruck when he saw the plane and excited when it started moving. From there, the post shows how the two spend their time on the road.
They play Tennis, go on ice cream dates, play with ducks, and attend a Chmerkovskiy wine tasting show together—Shai moves around some chairs and wipes down some tables for the event.
They spent quality time with the family as Shai was seen at the pool with her cousin. Meanwhile, the Latin–ballroom dance champ hangs out with her brother Val and his wife, Jenna Johnson. He also drinks his morning coffee and records his son eating different foods.
Before the video ended, the doting dad asked, “What was the best part of the trip,” and Shai replied, “Getting some comic books,” and proceeded to show off the books he got, including “Black Panther.” Finally, he turned back, using the same plane they entered.
If the video wasn’t proof enough, the post’s caption detailed the journey. Chmerkovskiy wrote, “Our boys trip to Napa recap! Shai came to hang out with me, see his NY homies, chill with his cousins, aunts and uncles, and of course to help set up the @savorafterhours stage!”
She went on to admit that she cried “finding out that my first baby was going to first grade,” adding, “I was so close to her the whole time she was growing up and somehow it feels like 6 years have gone by in the blink of an eye.”
“I can’t wait” is no longer in my vocabulary when it comes to my life. I feel like I’m speeding things up when I say that. For now, I just want time to slow down, and I want to relive every moment of last weekend again and again…,” continued the 43-year-old.
Conclusively, he thanked several people, including his sister-in-law, for “making [the trip] everything is exactly what it is.” Under the IG update, many followers were excited to catch a glimpse of the expedition, including his wife, Peta Murgatroyd, who replied, “[big] thanks to auntie @jennajohnson.”
Likewise, the youngster’s mother also got hitched to him earlier this month, as reported by The Blast. Murgatroyd, who just welcomed the couple’s second son, Rio John a month ago, spent time with Shai and talked about his growing tennis skills.
In a touching update, an instructor continues to direct the pre-teens as they play Tennis. Shai’s chest is uncovered, but he wears a Nike sweatshirt, gray sneakers and a face mask.

Once again, the doting father of two wowed fans with his dad role when he shared a photo with his two precious babies. Chmerkovskiy’s post shows the newborn sleeping in his arms while his brother admires from the side.
The six-year-old boy was shirtless on top of his body but wearing shorts of various colors. He rested his head on his father’s arm and lightly touched Rio’s body with his right hand. The choreographer matched her son’s bare chest.
Chmerkovskiy covered her bottom with a white blanket and covered some of her exposed chest with a white blanket with blue and red stripes. “New favorite picture of all time! Father of two,” Chmerkovskiy captioned the sweet image, referencing his wife by writing “Est 2017” and “#MadeInPeta.”
Fans of the pro dancer flooded the comments section with compliments and compliments. One fan wrote, “Shai’s face is so precious,” while a second read, “Congratulations, Max. Your full, happy heart is in your smile.”
