A California man with a “420” tattoo on his head accused of beheading his sister and fleeing the scene with her head has been arrested in San Francisco, according to police.
Luis Aroyo-Lopez, 24, was busted at the Transbay Terminal around 7:30 a.m. Saturday after San Francisco Police officers recognized him from a description of a suspect wanted for a murder in Santa Rosa, KRON reported.
The arrest came after a search for Aroyo-Lopez after Santa Rosa Police found the woman’s dismembered body inside a residence in the 2500 block of Pomo Trail around 3:40 p.m. Thursday.
The woman’s head was missing, and police believe Aroyo-Lopez took it with him when he left the scene on foot, according to the Santa Rosa Police Department.
Police have not said whether the victim’s head has been found or not since the arrest.
Police said the woman, who has not been identified, is a relative of Aroyo-Lopez, although her relationship to him is unclear.

Aroyo-Lopez was recently released from state prison and placed on Post-Release Community Supervision. He was previously jailed for assault with a deadly weapon and a weapons possession charge in an unrelated incident, police said.
Additional information about his arrest is forthcoming, police said.
