Later, Mandana withdrew the case and separated from her husband, Gaurav.

As a Model
After finishing school, Mandana moved to Dubai to join a flight attendant training academy. Later, Mandana moved into the modeling industry. Mandana signed a model contract for five years with one of the modeling agencies in Hong Kong. In 2010, Mandana came to Mumbai for three months on a modeling contract. In 2013, Mandana decided to return to Mumbai and pursue her career in acting. Mandana appeared in tv commercials with various celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan, and Kareena Kapoor. He was featured in various magazines.
