She started her career from modeling and then stepped into the television industry as an actress. He gained popularity for playing negative lead characters in TV shows. He has a sister, Raima Sengupta.

Career
Manosi gained popularity with her role in the TV series Uma, a 2021 sports drama television series aired on Zee Bangla. Manosi also appeared in the serial Mose Chhal Kiye Jaaye when Tara aired on Sony TV starring Vidhi Pandya and Vijayendra Kumeria. It tells the story of a girl named Saumya who aspires to be a writer and wants to work despite being married. But her marriage was fixed with Armaan Oberoi, a famous TV producer who promised her a career but the reality was different.
He is also a part of the TV show Banni Chow Home Delivery. She plays a negative role in this show which airs on Star Plus.
Manosi has appeared in the Bengali web series Katakuti as Kaushani in 2022. The story depicts the heartbreaking journey of Aditya’s character transition. How life turns an innocent boy into this radical character.
Manosi also worked in Pilu as Bindhi Arsin. This story is a love story between Pilu and Aahir. Pilu, a folk singer from the village, meets Aahir, a classical singer, trained by Pilu’s father, whom he has never met.
