According to Daily Mail, The New Jersey Hall of Famer faked a sudden collapse and appeared in a bloody towel while filming was underway, leaving the crew in shock as they scrambled for a solution.
The star chef was doing a product shoot when he suddenly pretended to have a problem with his eye while holding it with one hand and complained about the “restlessness” it caused.
Stewart was crouched down and covered by a kitchen cabinet when, suddenly, he reappeared with a white towel with blood stains on it, causing the crew to stop filming to show concern.
“April fool,” he yelled to his crew, who gasped in delight that it was a fake and not a genuine health scare.
