He listed the end of the former couple’s marital status as February 5, 2024, asserting that they had been living separate lives due to irreconcilable differences since January 12, 2023. As for their written agreement, both parties waived their right to seek spousal support and petition the court to terminate his ability to provide post-divorce alimony.
In light of Wendy’s decision to refuse spousal support, the document states she will be given liquid funds in all bank accounts in her name. This money will be his sole and separate property, unless otherwise stated in the agreement of both.
Although Wendy denies her ex’s claims of wrongfully taking funds from her, the document states she will return the sum of $375,000.00 to Marvin III to settle the issue. He was also awarded the former couple’s Cetera Financial Group retirement account as sole and separate property.
