Doorbell video footage captured the moment a female UPS driver was surrounded and kidnapped at gunpoint in a Maryland neighborhood in broad daylight.
Prince George’s County Police responded to a housing development in Glenarden around 2 p.m. Thursday, after a panicked UPS driver called 911 following the horrific incident.
“They just pulled a gun on me,” the UPS driver is heard saying in Doorbell video footage, obtained by FOX 5.
In the footage, the group of thieves is seen crowding the driver before taking off in the big brown truck.
The neighbor who shared the video with FOX 5 said he originally thought a couple was outside fighting and was shocked to learn a carjacking had occurred.
“It was very rude, in the middle of the day. “Most houses have cameras, so to do it right in front of everybody’s house that has a front-view camera, it’s kind of unsettling,” the neighbor said.

“You hope things get a little better. Maybe it’s the climate, but unfortunately you have to be alert and watch out.”
The neighbor told FOX 5 that the UPS truck was found abandoned not far from where it was stolen.

UPS did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
