On TikTok, the app that helped launch his comedy career, things have also been heated for Rife, with fans slamming him for alienating his mostly female audience with domestic violence jokes.

Famous TikTok influencer Dan Cashio spoke to Rife, calling him out for “betraying his audience” with “unfunny” jokes about domestic violence.
