Maye recently shared shocking details about her sleeping arrangements whenever she visits her son at the SpaceX facility in Texas. While many might assume that he sleeps on the most comfortable mattress on such tours, the 74-year-old admitted in an interview with The Times that he actually parked it in the garage.
Elon has a net worth of over $200 billion and controls several businesses, including electric car company Tesla. Thus, Maye’s revelation came as a surprise to fans who were expecting more. He then explained that the nature of the facility was not suitable for building a glamorous residence.

Back in June of last year, Elon responded to a tweet informing followers that he is not a fan of having multiple homes.
He revealed at the time that he lives in one of the houses at the SpaceX facility and not in some posh ranch or posh neighborhood. The tech guru also shared that he doesn’t own an apartment but pays rent just like other workers.
