Mayuri made her debut with the 2019 Marathi film ‘Premwaari’ where she played the role of Pooja; however, his first acting was in the Marathi film ‘Dome.’ Dome was supposed to be released on January 15, 2016, but it was delayed. The film was finally released on December 27, 2019.

Mayuri started her television career playing the role of Renu in the 2015 soap opera ‘Saraswati’ on Colors Marathi.
In 2017, she was seen in the Marathi television show ‘Ghadge & Suun’ where she played the role of Sharmishtha. Mayuri has participated in many popular television serials like Maza Hoshil Ka, Deva Shree Ganesha, Sakkhe Shejari, etc.
