Mayuri Wagh was born on 1 December 1988 in Dombivli, Mumbai. He completed his studies from Tilak Nagar Vidya Mandir and then went to Wajhe Kelkar College to pursue his bachelor’s degree in economics. He is gifted in emotional, linguistic and physical expression which makes him very suitable to pursue acting as a profession.

Career
Mayuri started her acting career with the Marathi television series Vachan Dile Tu Mala aired on Star Pravah as Rama in 2009. But she gained popularity for working in the Marathi soap opera Asmita where she was cast as the lead opposite Piyush Ranade. The story revolves around detective Asmita who inspires many to tackle their problems with hope and determination.
Mayuri is currently working in the serial Aashirwad Tuza Ekvira Aai. The show is based on Goddess Ekvira Devi (also worshiped as Bhavani), who is believed to be the Mother Goddess of Swayambhu. The show will also depict how the goddess helps her devotees in difficult times and how she removes their pain and gives them happiness.
