Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney just wished her 1.3 million Instagram followers the best of luck as she dropped the weekend content on her feed in August 2021.
Looking like a doll, the former athlete showed off her signature sense of style as she rocked a chic evening gown with sheer straps, posing for another stunning photo as she told fans she hoped they got a good lie-in. While Maroney may be best known for her famous leotard look, the 28-year-old is pretty stylish, and this was just another winning look as she rocked a slinky braless gown.
Hope You ‘Sleep In’
Scroll for photos. Looking stunning in her plunging green gown, McKayla posed indoors, against white walls and sectional green doors. Matching her outfit to the setting, she cut a little low, placing both her arms around her stomach while showing off her toned arms and shoulders.
Symmetrical with shredded seam detailing the fabric of the dress, McKayla simply flaunted her trim waistline as she posed confidently and flashed a soft smile, also staying glamorous with a flick as she wore her luscious locks down.

Keeping her accessories smart and elegant, McKayla wore a barely-there gold chain necklace and chunkier gold bracelets, as well as sporty matte makeup that warmed up her features. In the caption that sent the weekend greetings, he wrote: “Happy Saturday, hope you get some sleep.” Fans have left the London 2012 Olympics page with over 69,000 likes.

A quick look at McKayla’s IG shows a ton of edited captions. McKayla seems to have gone through her posts one after the other to alert fans that she has ditched one of her former trademark accessories. In this photo, she poses in a yellow and white checkered dress from a sunny street. Drawing attention to her necklace, she wrote: “The best lighting in the middle of the road. I don’t make the rules.”
“**Edit caption: I don’t wear this necklace anymore. I threw it away, along with a lot of other new age stuff. At the time I thought it was “angels” and God, and “spiritual protection” but I was wrong. Jesus is the only spiritual protection we need,” he continued.
