Meadow Walker has revealed the terms of her divorce from her estranged husband, Louis Thornton-Allan.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Meadow is asking the court to end her ability to award Thornton-Allan spousal support because of the prenup between them.
Meadow Walker Doesn’t Want To Pay Spousal Support
In the filing, Meadow revealed she and Thornton-Allan split due to “irreconcilable differences.” He listed January 3, 2024, as the official date of separation after two years and two months of marriage.

Since Meadow and Thornton-Allan did not welcome any children during their short marriage, there will be no alimony or custody issues. However, it is possible that her request to end spousal support may be opposed by Thornton-Allan.
As for the separation of their assets and property, the only daughter of the late Paul Walker wants the prenuptial agreement they signed in October 2021 to be enforced. “The character of any and all assets has been determined by a prenuptial agreement entered into by and between the parties and their attorneys dated October 14, 2021,” the document reads.
The “Fast X” actress shocked the world when she announced her split from Thornton-Allan towards the end of 2023. The estranged couple took to social media to share the heartbreaking news, writing,
“A statement from both of us. After three wonderful years of marriage, we have come to an agreement to separate amicably. This is truly a unanimous decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our privacy wishes. We maintain love and respect for each other, and will continue to support each other.”
Meadow and Thronton-Allan’s romance hit the headlines in early 2021 and the ex-lovers wasted no time in taking things to new heights. In August 2021, he popped the big question and two months later the couple walked down the aisle in an intimate ceremony held in the Dominican Republic.
Many of Meadow’s father’s “Fast & Furious” cast members were in attendance with Vin Diesel doing a special honor to walk the model down the aisle.
At the time, Meadow raved about how happy she was to be united in holy matrimony with Thornton-Allan. Describing their wedding as a dream come true, she said, “We couldn’t have imagined it being more perfect and personal—and honestly, it was easy and simple. Louis and I knew exactly what we wanted from the start. It’s a very intimate celebration.”

Although Meadow and Thornton-Allan have yet to finalize their divorce, the ambassador of Tiffany & Co. don’t seem to be wasting time looking for love anymore.
On Tuesday, the 25-year-old was spotted getting cozy with model Kit Butler in Paris. The pair were spotted enjoying a night out in the middle of Paris Fashion Week, gazing into each other’s eyes as they strolled down the street.
Meadow opted for a casual denim two-piece for a proper date night. The rising model revealed her face and styled her brown hair into a messy ponytail. She couldn’t stop laughing and smiling in the middle of her conversation with Butler, who opted for a color-block Off-White sweater with walnut brown pants.
According to the Daily Mail, Meadow’s outing with Butler was interrupted by a sweet moment with her father’s fan, who approached her and asked for a hug. The California native willingly.
Details about Meadow and Butler’s romantic relationship are still unknown but they definitely seem to love each other’s relationship.
