Meet Ashley Pugh, Jay Briscoe’s Late Spouse
Ashley Pugh and Jay Briscoe exchanged their wedding vows on May 31, 2008. However, there are not many details about how and when they met each other. On their 14th anniversary, Ashley posted a series of photos and said, “Happy Birthday Babe #14years.”
Jay, however, wants his wife to also write on May 31, 2022, and provide some images. He captioned the post, “I’m the luckiest man in the world!!! Happy 14th birthday Ashley Pugh.”
Jay started his ROH career in 2002 with his brother Mark, and he quickly gained popularity among the audience. They joined forces to form the ROH tag team known as The Briscoes, who throughout the years ruled the division and collected many championships. They are known for their high flying style, hard hitting and their ability to captivate the audience on the court.
Due to the partnership between ROH and NJPW, The Briscoes recently switched to New Japan Pro-Wrestling. They also made an appearance in IMPACT Wrestling in 2022 while ROH was on hiatus. When Tony Khan, the president of AEW, owned the Briscoes, they faced FTR in several prestige matches. They managed to win their twelfth ROH tag team championship in December.

WE BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF PRAYER!! Pray for the doctors and everyone who works on it! Pray her precious legs can move again! Praying for Jayleigh who has a pretty serious injury, but is stable and resting! Pray for Gannon waiting at home! Pray for strength for us all! We have a long road ahead of us!”
