Isabella Lynagh, wife of former rugby player Michael Lynagh, is a role model in the health and wellness community. Michael Lynagh, a former rugby player, has two sons: Louis and Tom. Following in his father’s footsteps, he played on the wing for Harlequins in the Premier Rugby League. Lynagh has signed a two-year contract with Benetton, the Italian Rugby United Championship team, starting in the 2024-25 season.
