Jelena Ostapenko is a professional tennis player. He was born on June 8, 1997, in Riga, Latvia, to Jevgengis and Jelena. Ostapenko is the only child of her parents, although she has siblings. Jelena, who was born into a family of athletes, started playing tennis at the age of five. His mother introduced him to the sport, and he grew up idolizing American tennis player Serena Williams.
