In a recent Instagram update, the mother of three shared a video of memories from her rock climbing experience. The brief footage begins with the camera focusing on a rock slide in progress.

People below the area were caught running out of danger as rocks and sand rained down on the path. A man’s voice can be heard in the background saying, “I’ve never seen that before,” before panning to show King holding on for dear life not far from the rock slide.
The TV personality, wearing a red sweat jacket and matching hat, stated that he and the unidentified cameraman had just passed the area before disaster struck. The clip ends with the “Resale Royalty” alum repeatedly muttering “what” in disbelief at the broken path.
Alongside this tense video, the 38-year-old gave a detailed explanation in the caption of the post. “I knew this would be a challenging climb; I didn’t think it would be like this,” said the native of St. Louis began.
“To summarize: I bit off more than I could chew, and when I wanted to turn back, this rockfall happened, obliterating the trail I had just walked: there was no way to turn back,” explained King, comparing this dramatic moment with reality.
The mother of three stated that she made such a choice in her life. He will decide to do something that seems “fun”, only to regret it later. However, media personalities are beginning to understand that every mistake has its lesson.
“What this experience has built in me is a confidence that can’t exist unless I do the hard thing…then realize it’s harder than hard,” the entertainer wrote, noting that she’s on a great solo journey.
The “Say Yes to the Dress” star continued, “To be on a journey where no one can make peace with me, no one can achieve but me, no one can fail but me… it’s a lonely place, but damn, that empowering (especially when it ends).”
