Meghan Markle’s infamous “Montecito Mafia” will soon be moving beyond her majestic California stronghold.
The Duchess of Sussex – who is “returning” to Instagram after a three-year hiatus as exclusively reported by Page Six – is estimated to earn $1 million per post, an expert claims.
At first glance, @meghan is understated — the profile photo is just a stock photo of peonies, said to be 42-year-old Markle’s favorite flower.
The account currently has a modest 82,600 followers.
However, social media expert Eric Schiffer, who has advised some of Hollywood’s hottest people, told the Daily Mail that the ostracized royal’s return was not a “surprise”, especially as she allegedly got a new talent manager.
Armed with what is expected to be a huge following, he predicts MM will forge smart brand partnerships to rake in the big bucks.
“I expect her to be one of the most followed accounts on Instagram,” said Schiffer, 55. “You have celebrities like the Kardashians who can command $1 million and up for a single post promoting a product. There’s no reason Meghan can’t get paid like that.”

Markle’s alleged new Instagram account — followed by some of Markle’s known friends and colleagues — is already causing a huge buzz in Hollywood.
“Everyone in Hollywood is talking about a relaunch coming up,” a source told the Mail on Sunday. “Meghan has made no secret of the fact she wants to return to Instagram.”

Page Six broke initial reports about Markle’s alleged Instagram profile, which was “just sitting there” after the duchess “changed her mind” before launching her podcast “Archetypes.”
The news comes after an interview last year with The Cut, where he revealed he plans to join the platform again.
Before marrying into royalty, Markle amassed over three million followers on her personal Instagram account in addition to her now-defunct lifestyle blog The Tig.
However, after tying the knot with Prince Harry, she left her personal platform and joined the royal family’s official account.
The Post has reached out to Markle’s representatives for comment.
