Meghan McCain and her husband, Ben Domenech, treated themselves to a special night.
The McCain family got even bigger earlier this year with the addition of an adorable baby girl, making them a beautiful family of four. However, the couple recently had a date night a month after the child’s arrival.

McCain wore her blonde hair up in a bun in a selfie and pursed her lips while wearing a black dress. Her makeup is casual and appropriate for the occasion. While the bearded hubby who hugged her from behind just smiled at the camera.
The social media post was aptly captioned, “Mom and Dad,” and was showered with congratulatory comments from supporters. One fan wrote, “I’m so happy for you both and your beautiful girl too.” Another accompanied their message with nine heart emojis, writing, “Congratulations, one and all on your latest arrival! May you all enjoy a healthy and happy life together.”
A third commenter wrote, “You are amazing parents to two beautiful girls, but don’t forget you are Meghan & Ben first! ❤️,” while a fourth user wrote “Awesome couple.” The outing for the doting parents came after the former “Outnumbered” co-host shared her feelings about the pressure women are placed on to lose weight quickly after giving birth.
The mother of two revealed that she was advised to take Ozempic to lose the extra baby weight. The drug, which was originally prescribed for people with diabetes, has since become an option for influential people to lose weight.
The diplomat’s daughter described the drug use epidemic in an op-ed piece for the DailyMail titled, “I had just given birth and I was urged to take Ozempic’s ‘miracle shot’ as an immediate fix … It was horrible, unfair and disturbing — and I refused.”
She began by mentioning how people asked her to take Ozempic “four weeks” after she welcomed her baby. The public figure further explained the “craze sweeping the country” in the form of a “new ‘miracle’ drug” that “can just melt the pounds” for “a cool $1,000 a pop.” The hit piece drew attention to several celebrities who allegedly interacted with the drug, including businessman Elon Musk, reality star Kyle Richards, and comedian Chelsea Handler.

The author claims he was surprised that “casual friends” and “industry contacts” asked him about using it because he wasn’t one of those “people who legitimately struggle with obesity and need Ozempic.”
However, the GLAAD Media Award nominee boldly stated, “Okay, let me make one thing clear. I didn’t take it. I refused. There is a clear moral issue here. It’s hard to take drugs because swimsuit season is almost upon us, while others need them to survive. And how can this be healthy?”
At one point in the piece, the former “The View” star wrote about the devastating effect the drug had on her daughters’ lives and their view of beauty. “This is not the world I want for them, and it is not the world I want for myself,” McCain wrote before concluding,
“As for Ozempic, I’d rather have a few extra pounds than shoot myself with drugs. There’s nothing worth having that’s easy to get. And that goes for my health and my daughter’s health.”

At the end of January, the DailyMail columnist welcomed her two bundles of joy and shared the first glimpse of their little one and revealed her beautiful name. The family of four is featured in the next slide with Domenech holding his baby girl in his arms; the two-year-old sat on his lap while he was safely swaddled in his other arm.
Instead, McCain wore a purple nightgown as he gazed at his beautiful family. The rest of the photos show a solo shot of the new kid and a loving moment McCain’s mom shared with her grandson.
The former “Daily Beast” writer captioned the post, writing, “We are so happy to welcome our new daughter Clover Jade McCain Domenech on Thursday morning,” she continued, “Thanks for the well wishes – we are all happy to be happy , healthy and tired! ♥️?.”
